Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use CreatorFlow ("CreatorFlow", "we", "us"), including its web and desktop app and its optional Google Drive connection. By using CreatorFlow, you agree to them.
Using CreatorFlow
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- Use CreatorFlow only for lawful purposes, and don't try to disrupt it or access other people's data.
Your content
Your photos, files, and other content remain yours. You give CreatorFlow permission to store, process, and transfer your content only as needed to provide the features you use — for example, copying photos into a project or exporting them to a folder you choose. You're responsible for having the rights to the content you add, and for how you share it.
Google Drive and other services
If you connect Google Drive, CreatorFlow acts on your Drive only when you start an action, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Google Drive is also governed by Google's own terms. You can disconnect at any time from CreatorFlow's Settings.
Backups
CreatorFlow is designed to copy and verify files carefully, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important work. Please don't rely on CreatorFlow as your only copy.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll update the effective date above, and continuing to use CreatorFlow means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimer
CreatorFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CreatorFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files, or profits, arising from your use of CreatorFlow.
Ending your use
You can stop using CreatorFlow and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
